Strong not Skinny...
What a journey these last few months have been. So many days when I wish my progress would go more quickly; but I know that slow and steady is the best recipe when transforming your body and mind from the inside out.
It is never easy and there are days of frustration but I just keep pushing myself forward. The food is the key. Especially as I get closer to my goals. I am getting stronger and lifting heavier for sure, but my nutrition has got to match up to the rest of my goals. For me, that is the hardest part.
I hope as you all are going through your 2019 transformation to be healthier, body and mind, that you keep pushing forward and as you see the results, you forgive yourself for the days you blow it. Kick your own a$$ but also be gentle on the days where you just didn't measure up to what you know you could have done.
Go get it friends! Your goals are in front of you; they should be written down, and you will reach them on this journey and then take the next step for even more profound goals you never even thought about, let alone thought you could achieve. But YOU can!
