We are almost halfway through 2019 already; can you believe it? Are you still moving forward to reach your goals? Have you surpassed them; have you given up on them?
Starting and maintaining a workout regimen is not easy for many; and for those of us who "can't live without it", we have our off days as well. But here's the thing...tomorrow is a NEW day. You don't have to wait for January 1, 2020 to start over.
Baby steps. Giant leaps. Medium size shuffles...just start! Do NOT compare yourself to your neighbor, your co-worker, your sister, your friends. You are doing this for YOU remember? No one gets to judge your progress or lack of progress. Decide for yourself WHY you want to get healthy. There is no perfect number or size for ANYONE. Get your booty off the couch, and get MOVING! Fill your body with nutritious food; food that fuels your body and your brain.
No one can do this for you and you CAN do it. Why wouldn't you want to be healthier? Don't let the negative self talk or the limiting beliefs as to how you just can't do it win! Brush off the dust, set the alarm, get up and get going. Tomorrow is a new day. Don't let anyone or anything keep you from your best self, including yourself.
