I started training out of the need to see myself strong and healthy. As the passion for my own training grew, I decided to start working with others; helping people find their own health. Suzanne Kemp Health and Fitness Coaching grew out of this.
It doesn’t matter who you are, what kind of physical or emotional shape you are in, or where you come from... you have to decide to put in the work and be committed to it. Self-discipline and consistency are the key and as we move forward TOGETHER, both of these will strengthen and grow along with your health and fitness.
